Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of our artists and other guests, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments/no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.
